The products purchased on Moukshi can be exchanged one time per order within 3 days of delivery. Post this period, exchanges will not be allowed. For an exchange to be valid, products must be returned in their original packaging, including:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. This will be checked by our executive when the product reaches the warehouse. We humbly request you to share a parcel opening video footage without pause or cut along with the claim for any missing or damaged product.
We always make sure that your orders are verified and perfectly packed when dispatched from our order-processing unit.
How to Exchange the Product
We currently offer the following way to exchange products:
1. Self-Ship
We are currently not offering a pickup service. We request you to self-ship your product through India Speed Post or a reliable courier service and share a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us at officialmoukshi@example.com with your order ID to help us track your order.
Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The product will be checked by our executive once it reaches the warehouse. We will then contact you to arrange for an exchange or issue a credit note.
