1. Refund and Cancellation
No Refunds/Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
Condition for Claims: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must provide an opening video to initiate the return process. The video should be recorded with a central camera focus on the box or parcel and must capture the entire unboxing process from start to finish, without any pauses or breaks.
Submission of Video: The video must be clear and demonstrate the condition of the product at the time of opening. We will review the video thoroughly to assess the issue and take appropriate action.
3. Important Notes
No Complaints Without Video: We will not process any claims or complaints unless the required video evidence is provided. Ensure you keep the video file safe until your complaint is resolved.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Timeframe: Products purchased on our website can be exchanged only once per order within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are not permitted after this period.
Condition for Exchange: For an exchange to be processed, the product must be returned in its original packaging, including hangers, polybags, barcodes, hang tags on garments, and any accessories or gifts sent with the order.
2. Product Condition
Requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Our executive will inspect the returned product upon arrival at our warehouse to verify these conditions.
Video Requirement: Please provide a parcel opening video footage, recorded without pauses or cuts, along with your claim for any missing or damaged products.
3. Exchange Procedure
Self-Shipping: Currently, we do not offer pickup services. Please self-ship the product using India Speed Post or a reliable courier service. Share a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us at xxx@gmail.com along with your order ID to assist us in tracking your return. Ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid any loss or damage during transit.
Inspection and Contact: Upon receiving the returned product, our executive will check its condition. We will then contact you to arrange an exchange for a different product or issue a credit note, as applicable.
